DREAMS SHAPE THE FUTURE, 2024

In this journey, within a unique and entirely unconventional location, Andrea Crespi sought to reinterpret CUPRA’s identity through his distinctive artistic exploration. None of the exhibited works were chosen by chance: each creation embodies shared values, through experiments that move between the physical and digital worlds, embracing different media for a truly unique experience.

With this event, an already extraordinary location, the “Priare” caves of Montecchio Maggiore, was completely transformed. As the artist stated: “It’s a place rooted in the past but ready to embrace a futuristic journey.”

For Andrea Crespi, art cannot be static; it must evolve, be eclectic and pioneering. Versatile in themes, Crespi maintains a common thread in the recognizability of his signature element: the line. Through his bold use of new technologies, he demonstrates how the past can reflect the most current themes, inviting the viewer to contemplate the connection between humans and machines, with art standing as a witness to its time.

Andrea Crespi uses an essential language, capable of translating a complex world in a simple way. This elimination of the superfluous, combined with a fusion of tradition and innovation, technology and humanity, marks a new approach to contemporary art that we could define as Neosynthesis.

Innovation, technology, boldness, creative impulse, and emotion are the common pillars that unite the paths of these two identities, giving life to an artistic interaction that, through art, tells the shared vision of a world projected toward the future, yet deeply tied to its roots.
