Prints are shipped in tubes and sent by registered mail (Track & Trace). Please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Most shipments will take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive, starting from the date the order is dispatched (not from the time you placed the order). A dispatch notice will be sent to you by a member of our staff. Orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis, which may take a few days depending on the number of orders we have at the time. We will do our best to ensure prompt delivery. 
International customers are responsible for any import fees due upon delivery. 
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

All payments are made in EUR (€) and will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates, please contact your bank.

Any damage must be reported by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please refer to the contact details in the Contact section of the website.
